Cancellation Policy

Standard Rates: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. For peak periods or special events, this window may be extended.
Non-Refundable Rates: Any bookings made under "Advanced Purchase" or "Non-Refundable" promotions cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once the booking is confirmed.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the penalty window or failure to arrive (No-Show) will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay or the full duration of the booking, depending on the specific rate plan.

Changes to Bookings

Date Modifications: Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability. While we do not charge a flat modification fee, the total price of the stay may change based on the prevailing seasonal rates for the new dates.
Room & Occupancy: Changes to room types or the number of guests are subject to the resort's current availability. Upgrades will incur additional charges according to the room category.

Guest Responsibility

Identification: In accordance with local regulations in The Gambia, all guests must present a valid original passport (or national ID for Gambian citizens) at the time of check-in.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for our standard suites is 2 adults. Extra beds or child policies vary by room category (such as Penthouses or Villas) and must be confirmed with the reservations team in advance.
Conduct & Prohibitions: * Smoking: All indoor suites and public buildings are strictly non-smoking.
- External Items: To support our on-site dining and maintain safety standards, the consumption of outside food and beverages in public resort areas is discouraged.
- Respectful Environment: Guests are expected to maintain the serene atmosphere of the resort. Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive or violates resort safety protocols.
